Who We Are
Pilgrimage Tattoo is founded by husband-and-wife tattoo artists Christopher and English Cousins. The couple moved to Nashville in 2017, promptly fell in love with the city (especially the Eastside), and began putting down roots. Years later, they are just as excited to be a part of the East Nashville neighborhood and to add to the thriving arts culture that characterizes the area.

Pilgrimage is a place where tattooers have the freedom to push their individual voices alongside other artists to encourage growth and the production of tattoos of the highest caliber.
Christopher and English have seen evidence in their own work of the growth that can be achieved through the thoughtful critique and encouragement of another artist (each crediting the other with spurring on their personal progress).
This served as the inspiration to create a space where artist collaboration and investment in one another would serve as the catalyst for creating the best tattoos for our clients.
